Private Classes

Apart from my regularly scheduled yoga classes in Dothan throughout the week, I am also proud to offer private one-on-one classes and private group classes. Private classes are an excellent avenue to tailor a class to your specific preferences and abilities. Maybe you and your girlfriends, bridesmaids, church small group, or co-workers would like a time to bond through the movement of yoga. Private group classes are proven phenomenal for team-building, encouragement, or just a time for trying something new and having fun with those you treasure most.
